At everlasting bonds we make sure to ship your order with care and love. See below more info about our shipping and handling procedures and policy's.

processing times / domestic

Once your ordered design is approved by you, we will get your order ready to ship. Domestic and New Zealand orders ship free of charge with signature on delivery. Most deliveries are delivered between 1 - 7 business days. This is only an estimate and may be slightly different for you.

International

Every country has their own regulations with taxes and duties, these are your own responsibilities.

International shipping had a $15 flat rate. Shipping takes 7 - 23 days. This is only an estimate and may be slightly different for you.

Shipping delays

It may happen that there are delays in delivery's. This can have multiple reasons and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to avoid this. Please understand that with any shipped orders, there can always be delays, we are not responsible for this. If you do have troubles - do get in touch with us as we are happy to help!

lost mail

Very rarely mail gets lost. If your tracking number is not moving or your order never arrived within a normal time frame - please contact us at everlastingbondsjewellery@hotmail.com - We will do everything in our power to find it back and open a claim. No matter what, we will find a solution to this problem.
